Our Policies

01

Vaccinations

We require proof of vaccinations before all pets board with us. Dogs must be vaccinated against rabies, parvo, bordetella, and influenza. Cats must be vaccinated against rabies, feline leukemia, and FRCP.

03

Cancellations + No Shows

For non-holiday cancellations,

we require 48 hours notice for no cancellation fee.

For holiday cancellations,

we require a week's notice for no cancellation fee.

Otherwise, there is a fee of 50% of your booking total.

All no contact, no shows will be required to pay the price of boarding for one day before booking again, and any future boarding appointments will have to be paid in advance to their booking.

05

Late Fees

As previously stated, we operate with an appointment system. Failure to show up or inform us will result in a late fee. There is a $5 charge for any pet left after their appointment up to 5 minutes, $10 fee for 6 to 10 minutes, and $15 fee for 11 to 15 minutes late. After 15 minutes, you will be charged the price of one boarding day and your pet may have to stay until the next business day.

07

Holiday Deposits

Effective 1 January 2024, we require a 50% deposit to secure holiday boarding reservations. These deposits are non-refundable in the event a reservation is cancelled less than a week in advance.

02

Appointments

We operate with an appointment system. Please show up at your assigned appointment time. Failure to do so, means you will have to reschedule at our convenience. If you show up without an appointment, we are not guaranteed to be there. We do not take walk ins.

04

Medicine

We will always do our best to ensure your pet is able to safely take their medicine. We will give oral or topical medications. We cannot administer or admit dogs who may require life sustaining medication while in our care. This includes, but is not limited to, heart medication, chemotherapy medication, anti-seizure medication, or insulin. If your pet refuses the medicine or shows signs of aggression, we will let you know that we will be unable to continue administering medicine.

06

Group Play

Dogs can play within their weight classes. All group play is supervised. It starts with dogs being introduced through the fence, then on leash, then off leash play. We separate dogs for a variety of factors including: size, temperament, play style, and age.

08

In Tact Dogs

Unneutered males and unspayed females may not only board with us, but participate in play time. We will, however, keep them separate from the opposite gender. Females in heat may not participate in group play.
